Hello

We want to do good work, in a good way, with good people.

My Story

My name is Bridget Doyle, and I'm the Principal of Ripple Environmental Inc. I am of settler descent and have had the privilege and honour to work with First Nations for over a decade. My experience is derived from being immersed in community, bridging my technical knowledge and background with community values and vision for the territory, and managing portfolios that require courageous and trusting relationships. I have a track record of being an active listener; strong defender of Indigenous rights, title, and interests; and finding creative and strategic pathways forward. I've managed and supported a diverse range of projects that have taken me from fieldwork to Minister meetings, and everything in between. I am driven by purpose and passion; my hope in starting Ripple Environmental Inc. is to continue the work I love in serving First Nation communities, while raising my young family.

Contact

I'm always looking for new and exciting opportunities - but you won't find me active on social media. If you happen to have found my website - let's connect! Ripple works across lands and waters that are traditional territories of many Indigenous Nations, including unceded Coast Salish territory and traditional and treaty lands of the Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee, and Huron-Wendat peoples. I live and recreate within areas covered by the Williams Treaties and by treaties associated with Saugeen Ojibway Nation, and I recognize the responsibilities that come with being present in these places. As a resident of Collingwood, Ontario, I hold treaty responsibilities specifically with the Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nation and Saugeen First Nation.
